1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, with the original box and all included accessories.

• A valid bill or invoice is required for all return requests.

• Once the factory seal is broken or the package is opened, no return or refund will be accepted — except in cases of damaged or wrong products (see Section 3).

• This applies to all sealed products including accessories, chargers, earphones, screen guards, and similar items.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

• SIM cards (once activated)

• Memory cards / SD cards (once used or formatted)

• Screen guards / tempered glass (once applied)

• Earphones and headphones (once used, for hygiene reasons)

• Chargers and cables (once used or tested)

• Mobile covers and cases (once used)

• Power banks (once charged or used)

• Recharge vouchers, prepaid cards, or any digital products

• Products with physical damage caused by the customer (broken screen, dents, scratches, water damage)

• Products with missing accessories, missing original box, or missing invoice

⚠ Note: Items without original factory seal are strictly non-returnable regardless of reason.

3. Damaged or Wrong Product

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Please share clear photos or an unboxing video as proof of the issue.

• We will verify the claim and replace the product at no extra cost.

4. Refund Process

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

• If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be transferred to your bank account or mobile wallet. You will need to provide your account details.

• If a product is returned with missing accessories or damaged original packaging, deduction fee may apply.

5. Exchange Policy

• Exchange is allowed only if the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.

• Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused and in its original condition with all accessories and packaging.

6. Return Shipping Responsibility

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item or damaged product sent by us): DurgaMobileHouse will cover the return shipping cost or arrange a pickup.

• If the return is for any other eligible reason: The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

• For in-store or walk-in returns, shipping charges do not apply.

⚠ Note: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. DurgaMobileHouse is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

7. Order Cancellation Policy

• Customers must carefully check product details, price, model, and color before confirming their order.

• Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

• Please review your order thoroughly before completing the purchase.

8. Warranty Handling

• Products covered under brand warranty must be taken to the official brand service center.

• DurgaMobileHouse is not responsible for service delays or decisions made by the brand.

• We will assist customers with warranty claim guidance wherever possible.
