• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment details are only used to confirm your refund method if a return is approved.

• We recommend that you never share your PIN, OTP, or card details with anyone claiming to be from our shop.

5. WhatsApp & Communication Policy

• Order confirmations, delivery updates, and support messages may be sent to you via WhatsApp or phone call.

• We will only contact you regarding your order or a query you have raised with us.
